Understanding the PlayerGuard® Blacklist
All accounts that find their way onto the blacklist will not be considered equal in terms of punishment. Due to the encompassing nature and details we collect on user accounts on the blacklist, we enacted time restrictions on these accounts.
For the purpose of this document, the document will use the following terms.
MOCA - Minor Offenses Covering All
MACA - Malicious Activity Covering All
SOCA - Sensitive Offenses Covering All
CP - Child Pornography
Blacklist Times (Reason/time)
Minor Offenses:
Bullying and harassment 1st Offense - 1 year
Bullying and harassment 2nd Offense - 5 to 7 years
Bullying and harassment 3rd Offense - Permanent Blacklisting of Account
Verbal and written hate speech - 1 to 3 years
MOCA - 1 to 10 years
Malicious Activity:
Cheating - 1 to 3 years
Doxxing* - 5 to 7 years
DDOSing* - 10 years
Sharing Malicious links - 1 to 3 years
Reselling Assets - 1 to 3 years
Threats of Bodily Harm* - Permanent Blacklisting of Account
MACA - 1 year to Permanent Blacklisting of Account
Sensitive Offenses:
CP sharing*/** - Permanent Blacklisting of Account
Sexual Harassment involving minors*/** - Permanent Blacklisting of Account
Sexual Harassment involving adults* - Permanent Blacklisting of Account
SOCA*/** - 1 year to Permanent Blacklisting of Account
All above-listed items marked with "*" will be referred to local, state, and federal law enforcement officials or any law enforcement entity with jurisdiction in the account's home country or state.
All above-listed items marked with "**" will be referred to NCMEC or equivalent organizations.
