User account information, including login credentials, activity logs, and transaction history. c. Reports, complaints, or any other documents submitted by Users or generated during investigations. d. Any other information relevant to the investigation of alleged illegal activities or misconduct.
4. Legal Obligations: The Company is committed to cooperating with law enforcement agencies in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The disclosure of information will be carried out in compliance with the legal obligations imposed on the Company, including but not limited to valid requests, court orders, subpoenas, or other legal processes.
5. User Notification: The Company may, at its discretion, notify the affected User(s) of the disclosure of their information to law enforcement agencies unless prohibited by law or court order. Such notification may be provided by email or any other means deemed appropriate by the Company.
6. User Consent: By using the services provided by PlayerGuard® LLC, You consent to the disclosure of your information to law enforcement agencies as described in this Document.
7. Limitations of Liability: The Company shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from the disclosure of information to law enforcement agencies, including but not limited to any actions taken by the Agencies as a result of such disclosure.
